When you get in touch

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, message and any optional phone, date or location details you provide. We use these to respond to your enquiry and plan your flowers. Please only share information relevant to your request.

Your floral plan

Enquiries are recorded in our private business system, with email notifications when available, so we can follow up without asking you to repeat the same details. Client Studio invitations provide access to the proposal associated with your invitation. Keep your invitation link private.

Client reviews

If you submit a review using a personal invitation, your chosen display name, rating, occasion, review and any photos you add (up to three) are published on the website with your consent, once the studio has checked the review. Photos are resized on your device and their location details removed before they are sent. Your private client reference and invitation details are not published. Contact the studio if you would like your review removed.

Services that support the website

Our website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for stored studio information and Resend for enquiry email delivery. These services process information needed to provide those functions.
